SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 3 Confirming nominations to the Senate Ethics Advisory Panel.   Agreed to by the Senate, February 6, 2008  

RESOLVED by the Senate of Virginia, That the Senate confirm the following nominations by the Senate Committee on Rules to the Senate Ethics Advisory Panel made in accordance with § 30-112 of the Code of Virginia:

The Honorable Wiley F. Mitchell, Jr., 437 Goodspeed Road, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23451, for a term of four years beginning July 1, 2008, and ending June 30, 2012, to succeed himself; and

Dr. Ronald E. Carrier, 209 Divot Drive, Harrisonburg, Virginia 22802, for a term of four years beginning July 1, 2008, and ending June 30, 2012, to succeed himself.
