RESOLVED by the Senate of Virginia, That the Senate confirm the following nominations by the Senate Committee on Rules to the Senate Ethics Advisory Panel made in accordance with § 30-112 of the Code of Virginia:

Dr. Ronald E. Carrier, 209 Divot Drive, Harrisonburg, Virginia 22802, for a term of four years beginning July 1, 2008, and ending June 30, 2012, to succeed himself; and

The Honorable Wiley F. Mitchell, Jr., 437 Goodspeed Road, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23451, for a term of four years beginning July 1, 2008, and ending June 30, 2012, to succeed himself.
