RESOLVED by the Senate, That the following persons are hereby nominated to be elected to the Judicial Inquiry and Review Commission, as follows:

James P. Fisher, of Fauquier, as a member of the Judicial Inquiry and Review Commission for a term of four years commencing July 1, 2008.

William I. Fitzgerald, of Halifax, as a member of the Judicial Inquiry and Review Commission for a term of four years commencing July 1, 2008.

The Honorable Cleo E. Powell, of Chesterfield, as a member of the Judicial Inquiry and Review Commission to succeed the Honorable Leroy F. Millette, Jr., for a term commencing March 10, 2008, and ending June 30, 2009.
