081745272Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. § 1 That any purchaser of property belonging to the Commonwealth of Virginia, or an agency thereof, shall be entitled to a tax credit for real estate taxes paid prior to acquisition of such property if such real estate taxes were paid in satisfaction of an assessment by a locality, which included all or part of the property owned by the Commonwealth.
