Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 29.1-513.1 as follows:

§ 29.1-513.1. Special urban archery season.

The Board  [ shall may  ]  adopt regulations for the special urban archery season that include provisions for daily hunting that are consistent with those provided for controlled shooting areas under subdivision B 2 of § 29.1-514 and subsection A of 4 VAC 15-40-260 A.  [ Any urban area may allow daily hunting on Sunday as authorized by the Board.  ]
