Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 29.1-513.1 as follows:

§ 29.1-513.1. Special urban archery season.

The Board shall adopt regulations for the special urban archery season that include provisions for daily hunting that are consistent with those provided for controlled shooting areas under subdivision B 2 of § 29.1-514 and subsection A of 4 VAC 15-40-260 A.
