SENATE BILL NO. 683 AMENDMENT IN THE NATURE OF A SUBSTITUTE (Proposed by the House Committee on General Laws on February 28, 2008) (Patrons Prior to Substitute--Senators Norment and Houck [SB 302]) A BILL to repeal § 2.2-2523 of the Code of Virginia, relating to sunset on the Virginia Commission on Higher Education Board Appointments.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That § 2.2-2523 of the Code of Virginia is repealed.
