§ 52-9.3. Provision of care for certain former State Police dogs.

From such funds as are appropriated for the purpose, the Superintendent shall establish within the Department of State Police a program to pay for or make reimbursement of the direct expenses for the provision of care to those State Police dogs that have been removed by the Department from service with the Department because of age, injury, or inability to perform the functions required of State Police dogs.
