SENATE BILL NO. 330 AMENDMENT IN THE NATURE OF A SUBSTITUTE (Proposed by the Senate Committee for Courts of Justice on January 30, 2008) (Patrons Prior to Substitute--Senators Quayle and Cuccinelli [SB 331]) A BILL to repeal § 20-124.3:1 of the Code of Virginia, relating to the admissibility of mental health care records in custody and visitation cases.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That § 20-124.3:1 of the Code of Virginia is repealed.
