Senate Amendments in [ ] -- January 25, 2008 A BILL to repeal § 46.2-206.1 of the Code of Virginia, relating to civil remedial fees imposed on certain drivers.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That § 46.2-206.1 of the Code of Virginia is repealed.
