086304216Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That § 42.1-64 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:
§ 42.1-64. Who may use Library.
The Governor and other state officers at the seat of
government, the Reporter of the Supreme Court, members of the General Assembly
and [ up to four individuals an
individual ] designated by a member of the General
Assembly to perform legal research, judges of courts, and practicing
attorneys in good standing, and such other persons as the Supreme Court shall
designate, shall have the use of the State Law Library, under such rules and
regulations as the Court shall make.
