HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 612 Confirming various appointments made by the Joint Rules Committee.

RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, the Senate concurring, That the General Assembly confirm the following appointment made by the Joint Rules Committee to the Board of Trustees of the Virginia Retirement System pursuant to § 51.1-124.20 of the Code of Virginia:

John M. Albertine, 100 Federal Drive, Fredericksburg, Virginia 22405, for a term of five years beginning March 1, 2008, and ending February 28, 2013, to succeed himself.

RESOLVED FURTHER, That the General Assembly confirm the following appointment made by the Joint Rules Committee to the Commonwealth Health Research Board pursuant to § 23-278 of the Code of Virginia:

Kamlesh N. Dave, M.D., 12508 Nightingale Drive, Chester, Virginia 23836, for a term of five years beginning April 1, 2008, and ending March 31, 2013, to succeed himself.

RESOLVED FINALLY, That the General Assembly confirm the following appointment made by the Joint Rules Committee to the Virginia State Council for Interstate Adult Offender Supervision pursuant to § 53.1-176.3 of the Code of Virginia:

Esson McKenzie Miller, Jr., 1503 Confederate Avenue, Richmond, Virginia 23227, for a term of four years beginning July 1, 2008, and ending June 30, 2012, to succeed himself.
