VIRGINIA ACTS OF ASSEMBLY -- CHAPTER An Act to repeal § 33.1-465 of the Code of Virginia, relating to the Virginia-North Carolina Interstate Toll Road Compact. [H 84] Approved

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 33.1-465 of the Code of Virginia is repealed.

2. That the provisions of this act shall become effective on July 1, 2009.
