Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  § 1. The Virginia Route 687 (Delaware Road) bridge over U.S. Route 58 in Southampton County is hereby designated the "Trooper Robert A. Hill Memorial Bridge." The Department of Transportation shall place and maintain signs indicating the designation of this bridge. This designation shall not affect any other designation heretofore or hereafter applied to this bridge.
