Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

The Commonwealth Transportation Board shall take such action as may be necessary to enable business entities that cater to recreational vehicle users and participate in the Integrated Directional Sign Program (IDSP) administered by the Department of Transportation or its agents to identify their businesses as "RV Friendly" through the use of distinctive IDSP symbols or images. The Board may impose and collect a reasonable fee for use of such symbols or images.
