CHAPTER 70 An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered 2.2-2221.01, relating to the Innovative Technology Authority; powers of board of directors. [H 578] Approved March 2, 2008

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 2.2-2221.01 as follows:

§ 2.2-2221.01. Designation of staff of Center for Innovative Technology.

The Board of the Authority may designate the President and staff of the Center for Innovative Technology to carry out the day-to-day operations and activities of the Authority and to perform such other duties as may be directed by the Board.
