CHAPTER 50 An Act to repeal § 2.2-2523 of the Code of Virginia, relating to sunset on the Virginia Commission on Higher Education Board Appointments. [H 776] Approved February 29, 2008

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That § 2.2-2523 of the Code of Virginia is repealed.
