SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)
HOV lanes; clean special fuel vehicles. Extends until July 1, 2009, the "sunset" provision allowing vehicles bearing clean special fuel license plates to use HOV lanes regardless of the number of their passengers. This bill incorporates HB 342 (Plum).
