SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)
Crimes Against Minors and Sex Offender Registry. Allows the State Police to provide the Statewide Automated Victim Notification (SAVIN) system with Registry data in an electronic format to the Compensation Board for verification of registrant status and notification of victims and law enforcement. This bill incorporates HB 1376. This bill is identical to SB 74.
