SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)

Statewide Fire Prevention Code; fees for inspection; exceptions.  Provides that the State Fire Marshal may not charge any fee for permits issued for the inspection of any school.  This bill incorporates HB 564.
