The Commonwealth, in accordance with the federal Deficit Reduction Act of 2005, shall annually remit to the federal government twenty-five dollars in each case of an obligee who has never received assistance pursuant to the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families Program and for whom the Department has collected at least $500 of child support annually.
