2. That any three-year term being served by a Governor-appointed member of the Virginia Veterans Services Foundation on July 1, 2008, may in the discretion of the Governor, be extended to a four-year term in accordance with the provisions of this act. However, nothing in this act shall allow any such member to serve more than two consecutive terms.
