A Concurrent Resolution from the Legislature of the State of Virginia to the Congress of the United States of America and to the Congressional Delegation of the State of Virginia. A petition to Congress to withdraw the U. S. from the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America and any other bilateral or multilateral activity which seeks to create a North American Union.
