SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Constitutional amendment (first resolution); property exempt from taxation.  Authorizes the General Assembly to provide for increases in the property tax exemptions authorized for persons 65 years of age or older based on increases in the age of such persons.  This resolution has been incorporated into SJR 354.
