SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Administrative support remedies available to individuals not receiving public assistance; fees.  Establishes additional fees for individuals who authorize the Department of Social Services to enforce child support obligations but who do not receive public assistance. The bill has an effective date of October 1, 2007.
