SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE:
Virginia Condominium Act; conversion of condominium sales. Allows for a condominium conversion tenant who is disabled or elderly to assign his right to purchase to a government agency, housing authority, or certified tax exempt, nonprofit housing corporation. This bill is a recommendation of the Virginia Housing Commission.
