SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Mandatory dispute resolution; custody, visitation, and child support. Provides that parties in cases involving custody, visitation, and child support must be referred to and must attend a dispute resolution orientation session. This bill is a recommendation of the Boyd Graves Conference.
