Virginia Beach Police Department Marine Patrol and Virginia Marine Police; enforcement of federal security and safety zones and federal restricted areas. Authorizes the Virginia Beach Police Department Marine Patrol to enforce federal security zones, federal safety zones, and federal restricted areas within the tidal waters in the Virginia Beach Police Department's jurisdiction. The bill also makes technical amendments to the Virginia Marine Police's existing authority to patrol and enforce these federal zones.
