SB 831 Health insurance; increases credit for retired teachers.

SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Health insurance credits; retired teachers.  Increases the monthly health insurance credit for retired teachers to $4 for each full year of service, with no maximum. Also reduces the amount of service time to be eligible for this credit from 15 years to five years. This bill has been incorporated into SB 1218.
