SUMMARY AS PASSED:

Driver's licenses; extension of period of validity. Grants to civilian employees of the U.S. government and contractors with the U.S. government extensions of the period of validity of their driver's licenses while serving or providing services under contract outside the Commonwealth.

Driver's license expirations. Grants to civilian employees of U.S. government contractors serving outside the country the same extension of their driver's license expiration granted to members of the military and diplomatic corps.
