SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Judicial Inquiry and Review Commission; depositions; discovery. Grants the Supreme Court the authority to adopt rules governing discovery in Commission proceedings in which a judge has been charged formally with misconduct. Any discovery dispute will be resolved by the Circuit Court of the City of Richmond or, if a judge in the City of Richmond is the judge who has been formally charged, a circuit court judge not from the City of Richmond.
