Reservists called to active duty; health insurance. Requires the Commonwealth and political subdivisions of the Commonwealth to continue to provide health insurance benefits to any employee who is a reservist or member of the National Guard and is called to active duty, as well as to any dependents covered under the employee's health insurance plan prior to the employee's being called to duty. In addition, if such employee is killed while on active duty, the employee's dependents shall be allowed to continue the health insurance benefits for a period of 12 months after the employee's death.
