SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Emergency lights on motorcycles used by law enforcement. Authorizes motorcycles used by law enforcement in the course of official duties to be equipped with an emergency headlight with a built-in strobe light, approved by the Federal Department of Transportation, to be used during emergency operations.
