SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Vehicle registration fees; additional fee to support the Virginia Land Conservation Fund.  Provides that, on and after January 1, 2008, an additional fee of $1 per year will be imposed on motor vehicle registrations, with the proceeds to be used to support the Virginia Land Conservation Fund.
