Motor medics pilot program. Creates a motor medics pilot program in the South Hampton Roads area including the cities of Suffolk, Portsmouth, Chesapeake, and Norfolk. The program implements the use of motorcycles as a type of emergency medical services vehicle with the objective of reducing response time of emergency medical services personnel to emergencies.
