SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Immunity for reporting animal abuse. Protects any person who in good faith makes a report or provides information to a government agency regarding animal neglect, cruelty, or abandonment from retaliation by a pet shop, pound, kennel, or releasing agency.
