Requires the Virginia Department of Transportation, to the maximum extent not inconsistent with federal law, to provide for signage under the Integrated Directional Signing Program directing motorists traveling on Interstate Route 264 to the Virginia Sports Hall of Fame and the Children's Museum of Virginia.
