SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE: (all summaries)

Board of Pharmacy; membership.  Requires that of the eight licensed pharmacists appointed to the Board, at least one shall be a pharmacy benefit manager or a member of the managed care pharmacy industry.  The bill also requires that consideration be given to the various practice settings in making appointments to the Board.
