SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Psychiatric Inpatient Treatment of Minors Act; special justices. Clarifies that retired judges, substitute judges, and special justices are authorized to perform hearings under the Act and to receive compensation therefor. This bill has been incorporated into SB 738.
