SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Line of Duty Act.  Creates the Line of Duty Disability Fund and funds it by imposing an additional $50 cost for certain traffic violations. The Fund is to be used to pay the costs of continued health benefits coverage provided to employees and their families under the Line of Duty Act. This bill has been incorporated into SB 1159.
