SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Charter; Town of Cheriton.  Grants a new charter for the Town of Cheriton. The town was originally established without benefit of charter by the Circuit Court of Northampton County in 1951. The new charter contains powers typically found in town charters. This bill is identical to HB 2720.
