SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Provisional driver's licenses; use of wireless telecommunications devices. Prohibits persons under the age of 18 from using any cellular telephone or any other wireless telecommunications device while driving, regardless of whether such device is or is not handheld. A violation of this provision is a secondary offense.
