SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation; Real Estate Board; applicants for initial licensure as a real estate broker.  Provides that individuals who have been actively engaged as a real estate salesperson for a period of five years are eligible to apply for initial licensure as a real estate broker.
