SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Credit cards; universal defaults. Prohibits a credit card issuer from increasing the interest rate or imposing a fee on a credit card account based on the cardholder's failure to make timely payment on another credit card account or other reasons not directly related to the cardholder's credit card account with the issuer.
