SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

House of Delegates; webcasts of proceedings. Directs the House Committee on Rules to adopt procedures, no later than the first day of the 2008 Regular Session, that provide for Internet broadcasting (webcasts) of the video and audio transmission of the daily sessions of the House of Delegates. Incorporated into HR 45 (Landes).
