Study; effects of no-fault divorce; report.  Requests that the House Committee on Courts of Justice study the effect of no-fault divorce on the formation, duration, and dissolution of marriage in the Commonwealth with particular attention paid to the effect of no-fault divorce on marriage and divorce rates.
