SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)
Constitutional amendment (first resolution); recall of Governor, Lieutenant Governor, or Attorney General. Requires the filing of a petition signed by qualified voters equaling at least 25 percent of the number of votes cast in the last election for President to initiate the recall of the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, or Attorney General. Provides for the holding of an election to recall the officer and further implementation by the General Assembly.
