SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Study; deputy commissioners of the Workers' Compensation Commission; report. Directs the Joint Legislative Audit and Review Commission to study the deputy commissioners of the Workers' Compensation Commission. Issues to be addressed include the procedure by which deputy commissioners are appointed and whether appointments of deputy commissioners should be subject to General Assembly approval. This resolution was continued to 2007.
