SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Registration of certain taxicabs.  Requires that every taxicab registered in another state that is regularly parked on the public streets of the Commonwealth or is regularly garaged in the Commonwealth, regardless of its registration in another state, also be registered in Virginia.
