SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)

Fort Monroe Federal Area Development Authority board of commissioners. Authorizes the Governor to convey the property comprising Fort Monroe to the Fort Monroe Federal Area Development Authority created by the City of Hampton. The bill also provides for the membership of the Fort Monroe Federal Area Development Authority, sets its quorum, and prescribes its powers and duties.  The bill is identical to SB 1392.  The bill contains an emergency clause.
